Shipping policy
We offer the following shipping options, please bear in mind most of our items are handmade to order, therefore the delivery times below are in addition to production times.
Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class – £1.50
Approx. 3-5 working days
Our most affordable delivery option, ideal if you’re not in a rush! This is an economy, untracked service, so please allow extra time for delivery as delays can occasionally occur during busy periods.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.95 Recommended
Approx. 2-3 working days
We recommend selecting Tracked 48. This service includes tracking, delivery updates and an estimated delivery date, giving you extra peace of mind while your order is on its way.
Most of our items are handmade to order ceramics. Our current turnaround times are;
Standard items - 1-2 weeks - 'All you need is love' hearts, personalised hearts, memorial hearts, first Christmas decorations.
Fast turnaround items 2-3 working days - items such as mugs and coasters, and our personalised watercolour ranges.
Please see the product description for the items turnaround time. Please be aware we absolutely cannot accept rush orders or expedite production for our standard ranges.
Please note these timeframes are our aim, and are not guaranteed due to the handmade nature of our products.
Orders are dispatched in full. If a fast-turnaround item is ordered alongside products with longer turnaround times, the whole order will be shipped once all items have been completed.

If your parcel has not arrived, and is therefore lost in transit, you must report this to us no later than within 2 weeks of dispatch. Parcels are considered lost in transit if they still have not arrived 10 working days from dispatch (25 for international orders). If your order has been marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate the parcel, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
