Shipping policy

Our standard shipping starts at £1.50 for orders within the UK. Once your order has been made and dispatched, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class, in around 3-5 working days. Please allow extra time around bank holidays and busy periods. 

We also offer tracked shipping, this is £3.95 with EVRI and available to choose at checkout. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. Your order will be delivered in around 2-3 days. Please note tracking is only available for orders when selected at checkout, we cannot provide a tracking number if an order has been placed with standard shipping.

All items are made to order, our current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks (2-3 for mugs, coasters and personalised rosettes), this refers to make and dispatch. Please note these timeframes are our aim, and are not guaranteed due to the handmade nature of our products.

If your parcel has not arrived, and is therefore lost in transit, you must report this to us no later than within 2 weeks of dispatch. Orders are considered lost in transit if they still have not arrived 10 working days from dispatch (25 for international orders). If your order has been marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate the parcel, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
