🐱How Your Personalised Pet Coaster is Made🐱

  1. Fill out the details for your coaster. Let us know the name, breed and coat colour for your pet. Then, upload up to three clear reference photos for our artist, Siena, to work from.

  2. Siena places your four-legged friends' likeness onto a 4x4 inch (10x10cm) quality earthenware ceramic coaster before it's professionally glazed and kiln-fired in our studio.

  3. We let you know it's on its way We'll send you a notification as soon as your unique, made to order coaster is finished and in the post.

Are the Coasters Heat and Water-Resistant?

Yes. The hand-painted artwork is sealed under a durable glaze and is kiln-fired, making it resistant to heat from a coffee mug and moisture from condensation. The cork base provides extra protection.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Turnaround time is currently 2-3 weeks from order to arrival. Please bear this in mind when ordering. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £30, just use the code FREE30 at checkout.

Can You Create Any Dog Breed?

Absolutely. We can do any dog breed, from popular choices to rare ones. Just upload your favourite photo and we'll match your pet's colouring and markings with great detail.

What if My Pet Is a Mixed Breed?

Perfect. We love painting crossbreeds and moggies. Clear reference photos are key for us to capture their unique features and markings.

Can I Order a Set of 4 Coasters?

Of course! To order a set of 4, simply add four coasters to your cart. If you'd like different pets on each one, please provide the details and photos for each coaster separately in the notes.

What Makes Your Coasters Different from a Printed Photo Coaster?

Our coasters are handmade by our small team in Northumberland, not mass-produced with photo printing. We use traditional pottery techniques to create a product with a depth and character that printed photo coasters can't match.
