Current Production Times

Our current production (turnaround) time is approximately 1-2 weeks.

Orders placed before 4pm will begin production the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will begin production on the next working day.

For example, an order placed after 4pm on Tuesday will begin production on Wednesday and is expected to be ready within 1–2 weeks from that date.

Please allow the full turnaround time before dispatch. Turnaround time refers to the time it takes us to make your order — shipping time is separate and will depend on the delivery option selected at checkout and your location.

We kindly ask that you wait for your dispatch email for updates on your order. As each item is handmade, production time can vary due to a large number of factors — including even weather conditions and temperature, our firing schedules (which can change weekly), and the overall complexity of your order. For this reason, it’s unfortunately not possible for us to provide more specific or exact completion dates. If your order includes reference photos, please expect it to take the full turnaround time. 

Orders are packed and prepared for dispatch on the same day they are completed. As soon as your order has passed its final firing and quality checks, you’ll be the first to know.

Before placing your order, please ensure the full turnaround time plus shipping time suits your needs. We make all orders as quickly as the ceramics process allows, so are unable to offer rush orders or expedite production. As orders are sent directly to our studio once placed, they cannot be amended or cancelled.

 

 

UK Shipping

Our standard shipping starts from £1.50 and is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Please note this is a delivery confirmation service only, and tracking is not provided. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

Tracked shipping is available at checkout for £3.95 via Royal Mail or EVRI. This is our recommended option. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email, and the courier will provide an estimated delivery date. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.

Please allow extra time during bank holidays and busy periods.

International Shipping

We estimate delivery to international destinations at approximately 2–3 weeks.

We currently ship to: USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Due to new GPSR rules, we unfortunately no longer ship to Europe (including Northern Ireland).

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
