Production & Delivery 📦

Every piece is lovingly handmade to order, and we take great care to ensure your keepsakes are perfect before they leave our studio.

Please read the information below before ordering, especially if you’re purchasing for a special occasion or need your order by a particular date.

🕒 Current Turnaround Times

Our turnaround/production time is the time needed to handmake your order before it is dispatched.

Standard Collection — Approx. 1–2 weeks

Including:

• 'All you need is love' hearts
• Personalised hearts
• Memorial hearts
• First Christmas decorations
• Rosettes

Watercolour Collection — Just 2–3 working days ✨

Our new fast-turnaround watercolour collection is perfect if you’re looking for something a little sooner!

Including:

• Watercolour personalised hearts
• Watercolour personalised mugs and coasters
• Classic car mugs

Please check individual product descriptions for the most accurate production times.

Important: Production times do not include shipping. Please allow the full production time plus your chosen delivery time when placing your order.

 

🤍 A Little Note About Production

As every item is handmade, completion times can vary depending on the ceramics process.

Factors such as kiln firing schedules, temperature, weather conditions and the complexity of your order can all affect production. Our firing schedules can also change from week to week.

For this reason, we’re unable to provide exact completion or dispatch dates.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Please allow the full advertised production time for your order.
• Orders made from reference photos are likely to take the full production time.
• If your order contains multiple items, everything will be dispatched together once completed.
• Orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch on the same day they are finished.
• You’ll receive a dispatch email as soon as your order has completed its final firing and quality checks.

We kindly ask that you await your dispatch email rather than requesting individual order updates. This allows us to spend more time in our studio to complete your orders sooner. Rest assured, we’re working as quickly as the ceramics process allows!

🚚 UK Delivery Options

Once your order is ready, you can choose from the following delivery services at checkout.

Royal Mail 2nd Class — £1.50 Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

Our most affordable delivery option, ideal if you’re not in a rush and happy to wait a little longer.

This is an economy, untracked service. Delivery times are estimates, and occasional delays can occur, particularly during busy postal periods.

⭐ Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.95 Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

Our recommended delivery option!

For a little extra peace of mind, Tracked 48 includes:

• Tracking information
• Delivery updates
• An estimated delivery date

We recommend this option for gifts, special occasions and orders you’d prefer to keep track of.

🎁 Ordering for a Special Occasion?

If you’re ordering for a birthday, Christmas or another special occasion, please make sure you allow enough time for both production and delivery.

We strongly recommend choosing Royal Mail Tracked 48 rather than standard 2nd Class postage for time-sensitive orders.

Although we always work as quickly as possible, we’re unable to offer rush orders, speed up production or guarantee arrival by a specific date.  

📝 Changes & Cancellations

As orders are sent directly to our studio for production once placed, we’re unable to amend or cancel orders after checkout.

Please double-check all personalisation details, reference photos and delivery information before completing your purchase.

 

International Shipping

We estimate delivery to international destinations at approximately 2–3 weeks.

We currently ship to: USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Due to new GPSR rules, we unfortunately no longer ship to Europe and NI.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
