Our current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. We kindly ask you refrain from chasing orders still in turnaround time and allow the full time for dispatch. This helps us to make and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched the same day they are completed, at which point you will receive a dispatch email/text notification. 

Please note office hours are 10:00-16:00 Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 working days for a response.
