1. Share Your Pet's Details: Provide your pet’s name and breed, and upload up to three clear photos for our artist, Siena, to work from.

2. We Hand-Paint Your Mug: Siena paints your pet's likeness onto a quality earthenware mug before it's professionally glazed and kiln-fired in our Northumberland studio.

3. Delivered with Care: We’ll send you a notification as soon as your unique, personalised mug is finished and on its way to you.

Are Personalised Pet Mugs Dishwasher Safe?

Yes. All our custom pet mugs are made from high-quality earthenware and are dishwasher and microwave safe. The hand-painted artwork is sealed under glaze and kiln fired, so it won't fade or peel with regular use.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Turnaround time is currently 2-3 weeks from order to arrival. Please bear this in mind when ordering. We'll notify you as soon as your personalised mug is complete and in the post. UK delivery included.

Can You Paint Any Dog Breed on a Mug?

Absolutely. We can paint any breed, from popular choices like Labradors and spaniels to rare breeds. One of our favourite things is researching and painting breeds we've never come across before. Upload your photos and we'll match your pet's colouring and markings as closely as we can.

What if My Pet Is a Mixed Breed?

Perfect. We love painting crossbreeds and moggies. Just upload clear reference photos showing your pet's features, coat colour and markings. We recommend providing reference photos for the best possible colour and marking match.

What Size Are the Mugs?

Our personalised dog mugs are available in 10oz and 12oz sizes. The 10oz mug measures approximately 8.3cm H x 9cm D. The 12oz mug measures approximately 9.25cm H x 10.8cm D. Perfect for coffee or tea.

Do You Use AI to Create the Designs?

No. Every design is created by hand by our artist, Siena. We do not use AI or filters. Each portrait is painted using traditional pottery techniques with a genuine human touch to capture your pet's features and personality.

What Makes Your Mugs Different from Printed Photo Mugs?
